Each of our bespoke plans are tailored to your abilities, experience, goals, and preferences; meaning whether you just have 2 days to do home workouts, want a 5 day gym programme, or want to train to enhance your abilities in a different sport, our plans are built around this.

Private Gym Facility

If the thought of a busy gym is off-putting, we have just the thing. We have a private gym facility near Barnstaple, in Bishops Tawton, offering personal training and fitness classes through the week.

Our goal is to help people develop their fitness, confidence, and happiness in a safe, professional, and fun environment. Our gym includes a double-squat rack rig, wall balls, slam balls, battle ropes and weights; we have multi-station workout areas for an endless range of workouts.

What We Offer

1-1 Personal Training

Book a 1-1 personal training slot in our dedicated training area where we focus 100% on you and your goals. Our knowledgeable coaches will help you to understand your body and what it can do.

These sessions are designed specifically for you, working with your body.

Private / Small groups

Prefer to workout with a friend a or small group? Book out the fitness area for private use. We offer discounts on private group training.
We can make a fun, varied, and effective session based around the aims of the group no matter what everybody’s experience.

Sport specific training

Entering a marathon, figure contest, fitness competition, or just want to improve your cycling? Our sports specific training programmes are designed with you sport in mind, helping you to reach peak performance. We work with athletes in a range of sports to help them improve their performance through training.

Online training

Don’t have time for the gym? Prefer to workout at home? Or already a confident gym go-er but looking for a new programme? We can help build you a workout programme which pushes your body to a new level, beating plateaus, and helping you achieve new personal bests.

This guy knows his stuff, his knowledge of nutrition is astounding and when it comes to personalising training and meeting goals he really hits the nail on the head.
