I’ve been seeing Campbell since January on a 1-2-1. This guy knows his stuff, his knowledge of nutrition is astounding and when it comes to personalising training and meeting goals he really hits the nail on the head. His support is like no other PT I’ve ever worked with and he goes above and beyond and more to help! Nothing is ever too much trouble and if you commit and work hard with him the results are out of this world! Can’t not recommend him enough
3 words – fab u lous! Coming to the end of week 4/12 with Bourne fitness & Thai Boxing and can’t recommend them enough. Sophie’s nutrition plan is superb, comprehensive and entirely bespoke to my needs. I’m seeing results already.
